Shipping & Delivery
Your purchase is delivered as ready to use as possible. If handlebars, wheels and such are detached in order to fit Kickbike/sled in a box, the necessary assembling tools will come with the box. We aim to deliver orders to Europe within two weeks. Delivery is to your door by GLS logistics.
Privacy & Security
We will not pass any of your details on to third parties, and we will not send you marketing material without your permission. If you have any questions please contact us by email: sales@kickbike.com
Returns & Replacements
You have a right to return unused products for full refund in their original packing within 2 weeks. Return freight is paid by you.
In case you have not received your order within 21 days, you have a right to cancel the order for full refund.
Reclamation for faulty or damaged products should be made within 7 days of receiving the products.

To deliver the order we need your name, address, phone number (delivery company will call before bringing the order to your door) and email address. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties, and we will not send you marketing material without your permission. Credit Card (accepted: VISA, Master Card) No credit card processing fees. Your payment will be processed by Maksuturva, a credit card payment service provider in Finland. The connection is SSL-protected and we will not get your card details.
Your bank may require additional authentication, such as your internet banking codes. Your payment will be processed by Luottokunta, a credit card payment service provider in Finland. The connection is SSL-protected and we will not get your card details.
Promotion codes are case sensitive and should be applied during the ordering process.
Viewing Orders
To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending Orders, please visit the My Account section of this website. You can see the My Account link at the top right of any page. You can see your order status by selecting "Order History" or "Invoice History" on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled "Order Status".
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by visiting the My Account section of the website (look for the link at top-right of any page).  Select "Personal Information" to update your password.  To update your billing address, please visit "Address Book" link on the left navigation.
